Warranty

The warranty is usually neglected by patients when choosing a dental clinic. In our opinion it is one of the most important factors that make the difference between one dental clinic and the others. We also guarantee that our staff is qualified and that the technological structure, space and equipment are legally authorized.

Warranty excerpt:

Composite filling..........................................2 years
Complete ceramic crown..............................4 years
Metal-ceramic crown or bridge.....................4 years
Zircone-ceramic crown or bridge..................4 years
Implant...........................................................5 years
Complete prosthesis........................................1 year

Wironit prosthesis............................................2 years

If it is determined that the final work does not correspond to the stipulated laws of the profession, and if this was caused by the doctor of dental medicine, the ordination commits to fix or, if needed, do the work again without any additional costs for the patient. In the case of implant rejection the implantation will be attempted again in the same location without any additional costs.

The warranty covers only the technical part of the implant, not the biological part – the health condition of the tooth, the bones and soft tissues.

The warranty isn't valid if:

-the patient doesn't come regularly for the check ups (at least twice a year )

-the patient doesn't maintain or poorly maintains oral hygiene

-the patient doesn't follow the doctor's instructions

-the patient keeps, cleans or uses the prosthesis in an inappropriate manner, if a damage of the prosthesis occurred accidentally, for example the prosthesis broke because it fell down

-if the gum tissue starts receding or the bone resorption occurs due to an inflammation

-if the patient suffers from a disease or is on the treatment which systematically causes changes in the oral cavity (diabetes, epilepsy, osteoporosis, radiation therapy, chemotherapy...)

-if the dental procedure has been done at a different dentists' office without previous consultations

Regular maintaining of dental hygiene includes:

Cleaning of the area around the implants minimally twice a year

Brushing the teeth minimally twice a day, especially in the morning and in the evening

Everyday use of mouthwash– for example. Listerin, Corsodyl and similar

Use of interdental brushes around implants and of the floss if possible
